And just like that, Christmas! Our 5th edition (wow, has it really been 5 Christmases?) we're bringing back some old favorites and putting some spins on other classics. Dressed in traditional red and green, our Christmas Collection brings all the joyful merry feels.

- The unofficial drink of the season is transformed into a playful macaron. A rich buttercream infused with Mike and Jen's locally made hot cocoa mix is sandwiched between chocolate flavored macaron shells. A dollop of marshmallow fluff tops it off.
- Honey Cinnamon Walnut
- Our signature, State Fair award winning macaron. Brown sugar shells lend a caramelly tone to our honey cinnamon buttercream. A textural walnut crumble serves contrast from the center.
- Chocolate Peppermint
- Lush, premium and minty milk chocolate ganache surrounds a creamy, white chocolate peppermint cream. Peppermint sugar adorns the top.
- Cherry Almond
- Merry cherry is paired with its classic partner, almond. A tart cherry jam completes this cheery macaron.
- Pear Cardamom
- Our juicy pear is dressed in beautiful warming cardamom and paired with jam from our talented friends at JJ Jams & Such. A locally owned small business that crafts amazing jams from creative pairings.
- Cookie Butter* (contains gluten)
- Cookies with warming spices scream "Holidays" to us. For a modern take on classic gingerbread, Biscoff cookie butter steps in. A gently flavored cookie butter buttercream is paired with a dollop of straight cookie butter.
