Returns:
We are unable to accept returns on food products, but we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. Please contact us if you aren't happy with your macarons so we can make it right.
Cancellations:
In order to provide you with the very best product, your macarons are made to order, especially for you and therefore orders can not be cancelled. We are happy to hold your macarons for you or try to accommodate another pick-up or delivery time where possible. Please contact us to discuss any questions prior to order or let us know as quickly as possible should something come up.
Pick-up/Delivery Issues:
Pick-up:
If you are unable to make your selected pick-up time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate a different pick-up time or week as scheduling allows. For 'no shows' and if you do not contact us to make other arrangements, you may forfeit your macarons with no refund. No one wants that so just let us know so we can help.
Delivery:
Limited local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of zip code 55416. At times, we may amend or update the delivery zone. Delivery will be given a 2-hour window which is selectable at checkout. While we don't require that you be home to accept delivery, note that K-Town Macaron is not responsible once delivery has been made. Damage due to weather, theft, or your family eating them all before you get home is not refundable.
If we are running late, we will attempt to contact you to give you a heads up. We're happy to make other arrangements if delivery is running behind and it no longer works for you. But know that due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances, it could happen, but we will keep you in the loop.
In order to keep deliveries on time, we are unable to accommodate delivery requests outside of the delivery zone. Live outside the zone and can't make it to pickup? We're happy to meet you somewhere within the delivery zone. Just note that address during checkout.
