During the summer months, there are a few camps that specialize in one thing, Korean culture. Initially created for the thousands of Korean adoptees living in Minnesota and around the country to immerse themselves in all things Korean, from language, food, history, dance and even Taekwondo. These camps are still going strong with adoptees but also 2nd generation Korean adoptees and siblings. It was always a highlight of my summer.
Our latest collection is an homage to these camps and celebrates summertime flavors with a Korean spin.

- Choco Pie*
- A classic Korean snack cake that is reminiscent of Moon Pies. Our macaron features a chocolate flavored shell, yellow cake buttercream (a delicious combo of real yellow cake and vanilla buttercream), marshmallow fluff and capped with a quick dip in semi-sweet chocolate. (*contains gluten)
- Salted Caramel
- Our perennial best seller and Minnesota State Fair winner, classic salted caramel fits in anywhere. Caramel buttercream, homemade salted caramel and French sea salt.
- Pear
- Pears are the national fruit of Korea. While our take is more of the American variety, we couldn't resist adding this juicy flavor.
- Tangerine
- While our tangerines aren't from Jeju, it's our nod to their famous crop. Sweet tangerine buttercream surrounds a tangy tangerine jam.
- Banana Milk
- A convenience store staple, creamy Banana Milk is a good decision any time of day. Our macaron is made with a banana Swiss buttercream and a creamy white chocolate ganache center flavored with banana dreaminess.
- Watermelon
- A refreshing summer treat during the hot days in Seoul. Our version has a tiny hint of sour because, well, we love that sour candy taste.
