Modern French Macarons with a Korean Spin
K-Town Macaron makes handmade, limited batch French macarons using only the finest ingredients. We're inspired by Korean macaron culture of using generous fillings and well- balanced flavors that aren't overly sweet, yet still grounded in classical French technique. We believe that macarons should taste just as good as they look and should be fun and accessible to all.
We are a proudly registered Cottage Food Producer, located in a home bakery in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

They say winter is coming but now its arrived in full force! Due to your overwhelming response to this collection in a few market previews, we needed to get it online ASAP. We haven't even shot content for it yet but like winter, it comes, whether you're ready or not.

Award Winning Macarons (again)
For the second year in a row, Jolynn, the Owner and Macaron Baker at K-Town Macaron took home ribbons for all three of her macaron entries at the 2022 Minnesota State Fair. A blue ribbon each in the Gluten-Free and Sandwich Cookie classes and a 2nd place win in International Cookies. #backtoback
